Note: Clicking the “Submit” is construed as a legal Signature by Infinity Productions, signifying that you have reviewed and approved the data for accuracy and are giving Infinity Productions permission to use this data in the production of your video.

Your video will be completed within 6 weeks of your ceremony date, or the receipt of this information sheet, which ever is later. If we do not receive a filled out copy of this sheet within 4 weeks of your ceremony date, we will proceed with the best available information.

Photo Instructions:
  • Number each photo in the order you would like them to appear.
  • Most customers select 1/3 of the bride growing up, 1/3 of the groom growing up, and 1/3 are couple photos. Pictures must be out of frames.
  • Horizontal photos are best as TVs are wider than they are tall. Vertically positioned pictures will be cropped or will have black side stripes covering up the empty screen space.
  • Poor quality photos will not be improved during the transfer process.
  • We recommend sending photos by certified mail, Fedex, or any type of trackable service to ensure safe delivery.
  • We do accept digitial photos, however, digital photos may require additional editing time to size correctly for a TV screen viewing and therefore additional costs may apply. If you only have digital copies, please ensure that either the width is at least 720 pixels or the height is at least 480 pixels. 72 dpi or greater resolution is required.

In order to make the names as large and readable as possible on the screen, avoid using middle initials, middle names, nick names in quotes, titles, etc. whenever possible. Feel free to modify or ignore the standard roles as necessary to fit your ceremony needs, there are blank fields at the end of the form for overflow needs.
