Note: Clicking the “Submit” is construed as a legal Signature by Infinity Productions, signifying that you have reviewed and approved the data for accuracy and are giving Infinity Productions permission to use this data in the production of your video.

Your video will be completed within 6 weeks of your ceremony date, or the receipt of this information sheet, which ever is later. If we do not receive a filled out copy of this sheet within 4 weeks of your ceremony date, we will proceed with the best available information.

Music Selection*

Infinity Productions will dub an instrumental song over all of the preparation shots prior to the bridal entrance. Please select 2 of the following 6 songs to be used for this purpose. If we do not receive input from you, Infinity will select the music which we believe best fits your event environment.

Bach - “Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desire” - String, woodwind and piano ensemble
Instrumental version of popular song such as “Angel of Mine” (Monica)
Modern instrumental artists such as Alex de Grassi, Jim Brickman or George Winston
Kenny G - “Forever in Love”
Kenny G - “Sentimental”

*Customer supplied music selections are available only with Deluxe packages.

Optional Information
